A small number of named engagements each year. We embed one or two researchers and an applied engineer inside your team for 6–12 weeks and ship a working system, not a deck. The bar is research-grade , the deliverable is operational.

01 / DIAGNOSE

Diagnose

Two-week scoping. We read your data, run a baseline, and decide together whether the problem is research-shaped or product-shaped. We are equally happy to recommend you not engage us.

02 / BUILD

Build

A 6–12 week embedded engagement. One or two researchers and an applied engineer ship a working system inside your repo, on your data, against your evaluation harness.

03 / HAND OFF

Hand off

We leave a system your team can run. A short technical note (internal-only) records what worked and what we ruled out. No retainer pressure.

  • 02We do not take pure proof-of-concept work that does not ship.
  • 03We do not chase RFPs or competitive procurement processes.
  • 04We work in-repo, on your data, on your evaluation harness, not in slide decks.
