Project Manager

Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across research, engineering, and business teams in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end project execution
• Work with research, engineering, and business teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers
• Facilitate regular project check-ins, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure clear documentation, reporting, and communication across teams
• Support prioritization and resource planning in a growing organization
• Help establish and improve project management processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience managing projects, preferably in technology, research, or startup environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability
• Experience working in AI, software development, or research environments is a plus
• Familiarity with agile or iterative development processes preferred
